Claims Representative

Goldfus Insurance is looking to hire a Claims Representative.

We’re looking for someone with a passion for customer service and patience. The claims representative will work directly with both the clients and insurance companies to ensure that claims are handled appropriately and are paid out correctly.

What’s the job?

• Speaking with clients during high pressure situations and being a calming voice.
• Communicate with the insurance companies to open new claims and follow up with the bureaucracy of the claims process.
• Track progress using agency CRM.
• Remain up-to-date with product/policy changes and development as well as market updates.

Requirements

• Insurance, finance or legal background an advantage
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew (a must)
• Customer service experience and advantage
• Higher education

Location and hours

Jerusalem or Beit Shemesh
8:00-16:00 or 9:00-17:00
