Goldfus Insurance is looking to hire a Client Account Manager.

We’re looking for someone with a passion for customer service and sales. The Client Account Manager will work directly with our clients to ensure that their enquires are answered and that their insurance needs are met.

What’s the job?

• Focus on customer enquiries, sale of new insurance policies to both existing and new clients.
• Make phone-calls, send prospecting emails, attend agency and insurance company events, organize and attend meetings with potential clients.
• Manage leads and track progress using agency CRM.
• Understand the English-speaking market of the Israeli insurance industry.
• Remain up-to-date with product/policy changes and development as well as market update.

Requirements

• Insurance, finance or legal background an advantage
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew (a must)
• Customer service experience and advantage
• Higher education

Location and hours

Jerusalem or Beit Shemesh
8:00-16:00 or 9:00-17:00
