Travel Insurance: How to make a claim
In the event of a medical emergency:
1. Call an ambulance
2. Contact the 24 hour emergency call center of the insurance company to report the emergency as stated in the policy as soon as possible.

3. Contact our Claims Department 02 561 2223 (ext 1) for advice if needed, and to initiate the claim process.
In the event of a doctor’s visit:
1. Request a medical report from the doctor, including diagnosis.
2. Collect any paperwork and medical documents including the receipt of payment.
3. Upon your return, contact our Claims Department and inform them of the incident. Our Claims Department: 02 561 2223 (ext 1)
4. Send in the original receipt and medical report to our Claims Department in order to process the claim.
In the event of stolen or lost items:
1. Obtain a police report listing all items that have been stolen/lost from the nearest police station within 24 hours.
2. Upon your return, contact our Claims Department and inform them of the incident. Our Claims Department: 02 561 2223 (ext 1)
3. Send in the original receipt and police report to the insurance agent in order to process the claim.
In the event of lost luggage by the airline:
1. Immediately report the incident to the airline.
2. Request a copy of the incident report with a list of items that have been lost.
3. Keep any receipts from replacement clothing and items purchased.
